Do you enjoy making your own products? Come sit with us at the House of Art and Craft workshop studio. Learn the basics of melt-and-pour-soap-making. Get the facts on the selected ingredients for your soap. We want you to leave with a soap that is not only beneficial for your skin, but also its nutritive properties.

This class is suitable for those who have never made soap before therefore is perfect for absolute beginners.
*Recommended for 9 years and over. Please note this class is not suitable for young children under the age of 9, there are hot liquids involved. Please do not bring your infant to this class.
Fun Fact:
Dried botanicals are known for their versatile abilities like absorbing skin impurities, reducing anxiety, and hydrating skin. You will learn which ones are appropriate to add to your creation and why.
Meet your Instructor
House of Art and Craft, owner Steysy, is excited to be a part of a new community in the city of Boston. Join her and sit through many of her small group activities such as candle, soap, perfume making and more. Workshops that will keep your creativity going, during a fun evening. We love sharing our craft with others, an experience you don’t want to miss. Your workshops include everything a beginner or a pro will need to create a beautiful handmade scented product.
Things to consider:
- We are located at 524 Western Ave Brighton, MA 02135
- Please arrive 10 minutes early for your workshop session
- If you are going to be late, please call the shop at 617-733-2909
- If you or any members of your group are going to be over 15 minutes late, please reschedule for a later date so the other class participants experience is not disrupted.
- Free street parking
- Age Requirement: Workshops are for ages 8 and older. All attendees under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Cancellations Policy
- All sales are final. If you do not contact us 24 hours before the event via email ( info@houseofartandcraft.com) or via phone (617- 733-2909), you are no longer eligible to transfer your ticket to another date and time.
- We do not offer refunds on your ticket, however, we will gladly transfer your ticket to another class within 60 days, as a one time courtesy, as long as you contact us 48 hours before the event.
