Please allow 1-7 business days for items to process and ship.

Once your order is processed between 1 - 3 business day from the day the order is placed. Your package is picked up and scanned by the carrier, transit times typically range from 3-7 business day days, depending on the shipping method and delivery destination. 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as the label is created for your order, however, the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 72 hours once a label has been created. 

Once the package leaves our shop, unfortunately delivery is out of our hands. We cannot offer a refund or replace items for missing or stolen packages. If there are any concerns regarding your order tracking, or processing, please contact us at

Yes — we offer a large variety of fragrances for guests to choose from for their candles. Our oils are FDA approved, cruelty free, and skin safe. If you’d like your candle to not have any fragrance, that’s okay too! It’s your creation!

$13 flat rate shipping on all orders via USPS and USP Priority Mail is our primary method of shipping.

House of Art and Craft policy lasts 30 days. Please note purchased items after 30 days have gone, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
in order for your purchased item(s), to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  As well as in the original packaging. Gift cards are non- returnable


To return your product, you should mail your product to House of Art and Craft, 1 Michelle Ln, Randolph MA 02368. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Please note that House of Art and Craft is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in transit.

Thank you in advance for purchasing our product! We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Due to our products being handmade, all sales items are final and non-refundable.  Once your return is received and inspected, you will received a email notification acknowledging return received.  You will also get a notification of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds are processed within 5 business days depending on your banking institution and original method of payment.

We do have walk-in No Reservation Needed. However we strongly recommend  booking in advance as our classes can book up quickly! Online tickets directly from our website, via eventbrite, or book in-person at our store for a public class time.
