Ingredients: wonderfully soft 100% cotton flannel filled with organic lavender flowers and organic flax seed.

Candle Care

To use Warm: Warm in microwave on high for 30 seconds. Can warm for an additional 15 seconds if needed. Remove and use carefully as it will be hot.
To use Cold: Place wrap in freezer for 1 hour prior to use.

Tip: Spray light water before warning.

Caution: Do not overheat. Content will be hot after microwaving-test carefully before use.
