Workshops Policy | Cancellation| Rescheduling
Welcome to the House of Art and Craft! To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all, please review our workshop policy below:
1. Registration

Advance registration is required for all workshops to secure your spot.

Payment in full is required at the time of booking.

Walk-Ins: Walk-ins are welcome during our workshop hours, but availability is not guaranteed without prior booking.
2. Cancellations, Illness, and Rescheduling

All sales are final.

If you are feeling unwell or suspect you may be becoming ill, we kindly ask you to reschedule your session for the safety and comfort of all participants.

To reschedule, contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled workshop via email (info@houseofartandcraft.com) or phone (617-733-2909).

We allow a one-time courtesy transfer to another workshop within 60 days.

Failure to notify us within 24 hours before the event will make you ineligible for rescheduling or ticket transfer.

No refunds are offered for cancellations or no-shows.
3. Arrival and Participation

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the workshop start time to ensure a smooth check-in process.

Late arrivals may forfeit participation without refund or rescheduling.

Workshops are designed for participants aged 8 and older unless specified otherwise.
4. Group Bookings and Private Events

Custom group workshops and private events can be arranged. Contact us for details and pricing.

Group bookings are subject to the same cancellation and rescheduling policies.

Yes — we offer a large variety of fragrances for guests to choose from for their candles. Our oils are FDA approved, cruelty free, and skin safe. If you’d like your candle to not have any fragrance, that’s okay too! It’s your creation!
Thank you in advance for purchasing our product! We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Due to our products being handmade, all sales items are final and non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, you will received a email notification acknowledging return received. You will also get a notification of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds are processed within 5 business days depending on your banking institution and original method of payment.
We do have walk-in No Reservation Needed. However we strongly recommend booking in advance as our classes can book up quickly! Online tickets directly from our website, via eventbrite, or book in-person at our store for a public class time.

Can I reschedule my class?
We offer a one time courtesy and transfer your ticket to another schedule within 60 days as long as you're able to inform us at least 48 hours before the booked schedule or event.

Can I cancel my class and get a refund?
All sales are final. If you do not contact us 24 hours before the event via email at info@houseofartandcraft.co, or via phone at +617-733-2909, you are no longer eligible to reschedule your ticket to another date and time.
We do not offer refunds on your ticket, however, we will gladly transfer your ticket to another class within 60 days, as a one time courtesy, as long as you contact us 48 hours before the event in the same information provided above.
In the event of severe weather conditions, we will reach out to you on the announcement of cancellation of classes. Should you be unable to attend on the rescheduled class, we will offer a store credit for the full ticket value.
Can I bring outside food to the workshop?
Your wine and soft drinks are complimentary to the workshops. Do to limited space on the table and not enough time in class, we do not allow food during the experience. The only exception would be if you book a Private, Party or Corporate Workshop.
Do you have restrictions during the workshop experience?
To ensure the safety of all attendees, we strictly follow no smoking nor candle burning inside our premises.
For private, corporate and party bookings, we do not allow cooking inside our premises, as well as DJs, Hosts or Speakers of your own.
