Shipping

All orders are usually processed between 1-3 business days from the day the order is placed, and shipped within 3 - 5 business days after processing. (Expected arrival time between 7-10 days). Shipping Rates

$13 flat rate shipping on all orders or free shipping with any online purchase of $250 or more within the United States. USPS and USP Priority Mail is our primary method of shipping.

Refund Policy

Thank you in advance for purchasing our product! We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Due to our products being handmade, all sales items are final and non-refundable.  Once your return is received and inspected, you will received a email notification acknowledging return received.  You will also get a notification of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds are processed within 5 business days depending on your banking institution and original method of payment.

Return Policy 

House of Art and Craft policy lasts 30 days. Please note purchased items after 30 days have gone, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
in order for your purchased item(s), to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  As well as in the original packaging. Gift cards are non- returnable

Return Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to House of Art and Craft, 1 Michelle Ln, Randolph MA 02368. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Please note that House of Art and Craft is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in transit.
